Shipping Information

Orders placed no later than 3:00 PM EST both online or by telephone will be fulfilled and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends or United States holidays will ship on the next business day.

Freight Terms: FOB Origin

We offer three different flat rate guaranteed delivery options:

  • 2-Day Delivery: $30.00 USD per order (any quantity)
  • Next Day by 10:30AM Delivery: $50.00 USD per order (any quantity)
  • Next Day by 8:30AM Delivery: $90.00 USD per order (any quantity)

A confirmation will be e-mailed to you when your order is submitted.

Returns Policy

  • If you wish to return a product, please contact Customer Care for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) document, which includes a unique RGA number, and a prepaid FedEx label.
  • Please ensure:
    • Requests for returns must be received within 60 days of purchase date
    • All requests are subject to review and are at the discretion of Bionnovation prior to processing
    • Goods are placed in a box in which the product would not be damaged
    • Product has all original seals unbroken
    • To affix the prepaid FedEx label to the outer box
  • All requests are subject to review and are at the discretion of Bionnovation prior to processing.
  • Expired product may not be returned.
  • Returns are to be sent back to our warehouse (using our prepaid FedEx label) and should not be sent to our headquarters in Princeton, New Jersey.
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, will be inspected upon receipt, and may not be claimed as an offset against outstanding invoices until credit memo is issued.
